Lofts at Pivot Point – Rogers Park's Renaissance?

And heading north of Edgewater to the lively housing market of Rogers Park for a moment, it seems Lipe Property Company has begun marketing units at Renaissance Lofts, its conversion of the 1920s Pivot Point office / retail building at 1791 W Howard St.

Steve Lipe tells Yo’s truly that the concrete lofts will be priced from the $150s to the $320s and will have one or two bedrooms and 1.5 to two baths. Features include 12-foot ceiling heights and exposed concrete ceilings. The conversion was a little controversial, as you might recall.
