There are so many models at 235 Van Buren that it was hard to decide which ones to visit during CMK Companies' broker open house on Thursday evening. One of the purposes of a furnished model is to show buyers what will -- and won't -- fit inside a home. It's all well and good to look at a "living / dining area" on your computer screen, but until you haul some furniture into the unit, you won't really know whether the sofa, the dining table, the recliner, and the flat-screen TV are all going to fit the way you want.
