Awards, loans, and appraisals at Renaissance on Kimbark

As I mentioned when posting the first of my new videos with @properties agent Hasani Steele, the Stonemason Group received a Good Neighbor Award (PDF) from the Chicago Association of Realtors this year for "expand[ing] Hyde Park’s prestige further south with the creation of affordable, high‐quality luxury condominiums." I asked Hasani what he believed the association liked most about the development, which will soon enter its fourth phase.

I also asked whether Stonemason has had difficulty securing financing for new construction in Woodlawn, given the market's climate, and whether the homes are appraising out to their buyers' satisfaction.
