With
Aqua saddled with Fannie Mae issues and uncertainty surrounding its hotel component, and with the
Parkhomes at Lakeshore East taking their sweet time in closing (deliveries are set to begin this month), a two-year-old tower could end up being the biggest feather in
Magellan Development's cap this year.
The
Solomon Cordwell Buenz-designed
340 on the Park, located at
340 E Randolph St, was completed in 2007, but it wasn't until this fall when the building reached sellout. Last month, participants in
Chicago Agent Magazine's Agents' Choice Awards recently named it their "favorite eco-friendly project." The
US Green Building Council has certified 340 on the Park as a
LEED Silver project.
There are currently 16 condos for sale inside the building, and another nine available for rent, according to an MLS search. View a breakdown of those homes in
this spreadsheet in Google Docs.
