When he wasn't busy sampling the eats or rocking out to U2 (or something like it) at The Brixton Group's block party on Aberdeen Street in the West Loop this weekend, Joe Zekas kept his camera trained on the company's new condos -- CA23, at 23 N Aberdeen St -- and the people who came out to have fun and get a closer look at the new development.
