Single-family home deals on Chicago's North Side

• Bucktown: 1934 N Wood St (above): a four-bedroom / 3.5-bath home with 6,500 square feet; was $3.25 million, now $2.24 million (a 30.8-percent reduction)
• Lake View: 2959 N Honore St: a five-bedroom / 4.5-bath home with 8,900 square feet; was $3.4 million, now $1.99 million (a 41.2-percent reduction)
