The retail, recreational, and transporation perks of Lake Park Gateway II

The final segment of Joe's tour of Lake Park Gateway II with developer Mitch Newman find the duo standing near what Joe calls a "genuine shopping center" on 47th Street. The retail options near Newman's new homes, located at 1227 - 1249 E 46th St, represent only a fraction of the neighborhood amenities available to North Kenwood residents, Mitch says. Other perks include easy access to the rest of the city via Lake Shore Drive and the Metra rails, and the neighborhood's proximity to Burnham Park and Lake Michigan.
