Touring three-bedrooms during a 600 Lake Shore Drive open house

Grab some hors d'oeuvres and a glass of wine and follow me through two three-bedroom condos at Belgravia Group's 600 Lake Shore Drive. Last week I attended a brokers open house at the double-tower development to see its brand new model -- an 11-tier home, which can range from $1.24 million to $1.4 million -- and an existing 12-tier model, a floor plan that can cost as much as $1.9 million.

Both homes have great views of the lake and Navy Pier immediately to the east, and as you'll see from the first half of this video, they can hold a lot of guests should you decide to throw your own cocktail party.
