Trend-setters in blue-collar Bridgeport's Morgan Street

Last week, I toured Bridgeport with Nicole Pusateri, owner and managing broker of Bricks Realty, and her husband Joe, also an agent. Nicole and Joe both grew up in Bridgeport and continue to live and work in the neighborhood.

In this video, Joe shows me storefronts on Morgan Street south of 31st Street, where artists have started moving in. New mixed-use four-flats and major developments like Lexington Homes' Lexington Square are also springing up in the area.
