Chicago Realtors wanted to know one thing from the speakers at the Chicago Association of Realtors' 2010 Economic Forecast presentation in late January: When will home prices stop falling? University of Illinois professor Geoffrey Hewings, Joe Cosenza of Inland Real Estate Group, and Michael Hart of Hanley Wood Market Intelligence offered some thoughts on that question.
